1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2. Refunds

- Refunds are issued only for items that meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Process

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged or defective item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie) for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
